Transaction fees are charges for processing customer payments. They vary by provider (gateway), so it's important to set them accurately for precise calculation of your shop's net profit. This article will show you how to set your fees correctly.

⚠️PayPal and Shopify Payments fees are calculated automatically.

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Click Costs

  3. Select Processing Fees

  4. In the Processing Fees page you can view all active payment gateways that were used in orders.

Note: A new gateway will be added to the list only after it was used in at least one order.

  5. Each payment gateway provider has two columns to the right of it where you can add any applicable % of Transaction fees and/or Fixed Fee. Edit the columns as needed.

Note: If there are no % of Transaction fees and/or Fixed Fee, Use the No fees apply checkbox

  6. Click Save

  7. Select the orders' date range that the update should take affect

  8. Click Save
