BeProfit’s workspace functionality allows you to collaborate with other team members in your organization in real time and managing your shop's preferences in one central place.
Assign collaborators to your workspace
Navigate to Settings > Workspace
Scroll down to "Teammates"
Click "Invite new Teammate"
Enter your teammate’s name & email address and select their level of access per each of your shops.
Click 'Save'.
Your invitees will receive an email instructing them to create their BeProfit account, where they’ll be able to join your shared workspace.
Manage Workspace Settings and Currency
Navigate to Settings > Workspace
Edit your workspace name or choose the workspace currency you prefer. Aggregated shops views will convert the shop's currency to the workspace currency.
Manage Single Shop Settings and Currency
Navigate to Settings > Shop
Click "General Settings" to choose date formats, currency, time zone and more.
