The Bulk Update feature enables you to efficiently update a wide range of products within the BeProfit platform. You can make these updates using an offline spreadsheet containing costs per product, in CSV format. By leveraging this feature, you can quickly and conveniently synchronize your product costs with BeProfit's records in bulk, saving time and effort compared to manual updates for each individual product.
Go to Settings ➡️ Costs ➡️ Product Costs.
Scroll down to the Product Costs table, click on the Bulk Update button.
Click Download Now to download your products list.
Open the downloaded file. All of your product variants and their costs are shown row-by-row.
Edit the cogs_price column per variant.
You can also edit the handling_cost of each variant if needed.
Save the file.
Click Upload
⚠️ Do not remove, add, or rename columns in the CSV file.
