Fulfillment expenses refer to indirect costs associated with fulfilling customer orders and delivering products. These expenses encompass a range of costs associated with activities such as order processing, managing inventory, packaging, and more. This document explains how you can add such expenses.
Navigate to Settings
Click Costs
Select Fulfillment
Scroll to the Add Custom or Variable Expenses section
Click +Custom Expense to add a new expense
Select the expense's Recurrence

Select the Expense Status
Active - Expense that is ongoing.
Ended - Expenses that was active or ongoing at some point but have since ended or been completed.
Active with End Date - Expense that is currently active but has a predefined end date or expiration date.
Fill the Expense Label, Category, Expense Amount, and Payment Date
Click Save
